Terms of Use
Last updated: 18 June 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Power Accelerate Migration Platform (the "Platform"), provided by Power Accelerate BV ("Power Accelerate", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Platform
The Power Accelerate Migration Platform is a set of desktop assessment and extraction tools that scan legacy applications - including Lotus Notes / HCL Domino, Microsoft InfoPath, Salesforce and Microsoft Access - and produce portable assessment reports, extracted records and AI-ready rebuild bundles for migration to Microsoft Power Platform.
2. Licensing
Use of the Platform requires a valid license key (PA-ASSESS, PA-LICENSE, or channel-specific keys such as PA-ACCESS). Licenses are bound to specific source artifacts identified by stable identifiers (database replica ID, file path hash, organization instance ID). Trial keys may be issued with limits on record count, expiry, or feature scope. Wildcard keys are reserved for demo and internal use.
3. Permitted Use
- Use the Platform to scan and extract legacy applications you own or for which you have written authorization.
- Use the output bundles for your migration project, including downstream AI rebuild steps.
- Reverse engineering, redistribution or reuse of the Platform binaries is prohibited without written consent.
4. Data and Privacy
The Platform runs entirely on your infrastructure. Source artifacts, extracted records and design elements remain on your systems. Power Accelerate does not transmit your data to its servers as part of normal Platform operation. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
5. Microsoft Marketplace
If you obtained the Platform through Microsoft Marketplace, the terms of your Microsoft Marketplace agreement also apply. Power Accelerate is a Microsoft Partner and the Platform is listed on Microsoft Marketplace under publisher PowerAccelerate.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Power Accelerate does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Migration outcomes depend on the quality and consistency of source artifacts.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Power Accelerate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate license keys if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, intellectual property) will survive.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
