Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Power Accelerate BV ("Power Accelerate") collects, uses and protects information in connection with the Power Accelerate Migration Platform (the "Platform").
1. Where your data lives
The Platform runs entirely on your local infrastructure. Source artifacts - Lotus Notes databases, InfoPath templates, Salesforce orgs accessed via your authenticated session, Microsoft Access files - and the extracted records, design elements and code produced by the Platform remain on your systems. Power Accelerate does not transmit your data to its servers as part of normal Platform operation.
2. What we collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate the Platform and our customer relationship with you:
- License validation - the license key, the artifact identifier the key is bound to (replica ID, file path hash, org instance ID), and aggregate usage telemetry (number of scans, success / failure counts).
- Account and contact details - your name, business email, organization and role, when you contact us or buy a license.
- Website analytics - aggregated, anonymized usage of www.poweraccelerate.com via Microsoft Clarity, used to improve the site.
We do not collect your source records, attachments, code or extracted bundles as part of normal Platform operation.
3. How we use it
- To validate license keys against the artifacts they were issued for.
- To respond to support requests and service incidents.
- To improve the Platform via aggregate, non-identifying usage signals.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with subprocessors strictly necessary to operate the Platform (Azure infrastructure for license validation, Microsoft Marketplace for billing if you purchased through it). All subprocessors are contractually bound to confidentiality and data protection terms.
5. Salesforce, SharePoint, Notes and other source connections
When you connect the Platform to a Salesforce org, a SharePoint tenant, a Notes server or a fileshare, the Platform uses your own authenticated session or credentials. No copy of those credentials is retained outside your local machine, and no source data is exfiltrated.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar regulations, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact info@poweraccelerate.com.
7. Data retention
License validation records are kept for the active life of the license plus 2 years for audit. Contact details are kept for the duration of our customer relationship plus the legally required minimum (typically 7 years for invoicing purposes in Belgium).
8. Security
License tokens are encrypted at rest. Customer extraction bundles never reach our infrastructure under normal operation. The Platform supports air-gapped operation for highly sensitive estates.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, communicated to active customers.
